Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship within the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Estimated delivery timeframes (after processing):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air / Next Day Air: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons or due to weather events.

International Shipping

We ship to 25+ countries worldwide, including Canada, Mexico, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier availability.

Estimated international delivery timeframes (after processing):

  • Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Europe (Germany and others): 7–21 business days

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the USPS or UPS website, or via the link in your confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at wade.houndrecoveryantennas@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Warranty Returns
